What prompted such a response from a recently relocated employee?
This executive returned to her departure location to meet her movers and have her household goods packed and moved. Although the household goods shipment went well, a plate was broken during packing. Unfortunately, this was not a regular plate, but a special plate given to her by her mother—and now out of production. She was understandably heartsick over this highly sentimental item. We immediately jumped online and searched for a replacement. After searching all evening, we located one through Etsy and had it shipped to the executive the very next day. And that’s why she called us “unbelievable.”
