We leverage years of experience to create a smart, functional policy that’s ready to use now. Or we can help tailor your current policy to get the most out of what you have to offer.

Once your candidate accepts, Bespoke manages all the explaining, scheduling and authorized services in the relocation package. This means services like home-finding trips, housing, household goods shipments – the works. Your new employee simply needs to show up.  We keep track of every penny and prepare all the paperwork, so you don’t have to.

From offer, to “yes!” to arrival, we follow the process all the way through as the main point of contact for you, your employee, the relocation vendors & your payroll/ accounting departments. We vigilantly review the “bigger picture” to make sure the moving pieces all fit into place. And, along the way, we’ll delight in saving you money by reacting to changes and making adjustments when needed. For example, we can save thousands of dollars in temporary housing just by keeping a close eye on the progress and confirming vacate dates.
