We discuss your candidates’ needs with you and then, using the approved benefits from your policy, create a made-to-order package. This allows you to offer only the specific benefits your candidate needs, and save your company money in the process.
Our extensive experience has taught us this: you can provide a successful and happy transition when the benefits offered are specific to the candidate rather than using an overly generous package of blanket benefits intended to cover anything and everything that someone may (or may not) need.
